Summer Internships

Spend your summer as a BWI Intern where you can practice the skills you’re learning in college while gaining on-the-job experience. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to earn great pay over the summer and learn more about what it’s like to work at BWI.

Summer Interns work with experienced BWI employees for 10 weeks (40 hours per week) typically from June through August. The program is for undergraduate and graduate students with strong academic performance.

Sales Trainee Program

For those with a four-year degree, an entrepreneurial spirit, self discipline and a strong desire for virtually unlimited earnings potential in our core business, the Sales Trainee Program may be the right starting point for you. In this intense, six-month, corporate trainee role, we’ll help you get started by providing you with the opportunity to master defined sales and marketing strategies with an assigned set of customer accounts. You will learn the BWI order process and achieve learning objectives in key support areas which lie just outside the sales boundary. Near the end of your Sales Trainee Program, you’ll relocate to an assigned sales territory to launch your career as a successful, commissioned outside sales representative for BWI.
